I reluctantly went to St. Paul city hall today. I was a little embarrassed that my amazing council woman Rebecca Noecker was presenting me with a congratulatory resolution, but I was thrilled when I arrived that the Council was about to pass their Earned Sick and Safe Time ordinance. It passed! Now onto the state where I'm the proud Senate author!
